Headquartered in Odense, Denmark, Inrotech is a privately held automation system integration and technology firm specializing in automated welding systems that are differentiated by proprietary adaptive intelligence software and computer vision which guides and optimizes the welding process without the need for programming or the use of CAD files.

The state-of-the-art vision-based technology has proven to be valuable in the shipbuilding, energy, and heavy industry sectors, where welding accessibility can be challenging for traditional automated systems, but precision and quality are mission critical.

鈥淲e are deeply saddened by the tragedy and humanitarian crisis unfolding in Ukraine and are compelled to cease our operations to align with our values and our guiding principle, The Golden Rule,鈥 said Christopher L. Mapes, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. 鈥淥ur priority at this time is the safety and support of our Ukrainian employees who serve in our eastern European facilities and our Russian employees.鈥

The Lincoln Electric Foundation, in conjunction with Lincoln Electric鈥檚 teams in Poland and Romania are providing humanitarian aid through grants and are supporting refugees with food, clothing, and personal care donations, as well as volunteering at distribution sites and providing housing support.

The Company鈥檚 net sales in Russia are less than 1% of global net sales.
